Customer service with Martin Gonchar Recently came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was advised that the valve cover gasket was leaking, which was a significant repair. I knew Martin was not trying to up-sell me on unnecessary services like at some dealerships because I had experienced this same issue with my car before and the same symptoms started again not long ago. They were able to get my car finished and ready within just a couple hours and Martin kept me updated the whole time and worked to get me a few discounts as well. Overall I am very pleased with my experience! More

Customer Service with Marty Gonchar I've had very mixed experiences with Ourisman Chevrolet over the last 15 years and 3 tahoes. Dealing with anyone at the previous location was great. I've had very mixed experiences with Ourisman Chevrolet over the last 15 years and 3 tahoes. Dealing with anyone at the previous location was great. But since the move its been very hit or miss. However, dealing with Marty was great. He was honest and understood the issues and kept me informed and didn't try to upsell any "recommended" services that my Tahoe didn't really need. Quality of work has always been good at Ourisman but since the move up the pike the service reps have been less than stellar. Marty is a great addition to the team there. More
