After submitting an email inquiry, Bart Fox was very responsive and knowledgeable. We arranged a test drive and seal the deal on New Year’s Day. The entire experience couldn’t have been better. Everyone involved in the transaction made us truly feel welcomed and have since followed up as to how things are going. We will return to Ourisman this spring when the 2014 Impala's are out. More

I have dealt with Andy for new cars since 1993 and will continue since he is a fair and honest salesman. I often have my car serviced here as well but have a hard time getting time off to get repairs comp continue since he is a fair and honest salesman. It would be easier to get a rental the night before (since I start so early) and pick up my car after work but don't really want to pay for it. The shuttle service was wonderful when I worked closer and at a better location. I also would like to "know" the person who works on my car, not just the person in the suit who oversees them. I think it would make me want to come back more often and "make the time". More
