When I questioned it, the sales manager claimed a “new Maryland law” required the fee, which I later confirmed is not true. This was an illegal post-contract price increase and a misrepresentation of Maryland law. The next day they texted me that they would honor the original price, but the experience had already wasted hours of my time and destroyed my trust in the dealership. I am filing complaints with the Maryland Attorney General, Maryland MVA, FTC, and BBB. More

The DEALER WARRANTY attachment paper on the window said "dealer will pay 100%of the labor and 100%of the parts for covered systems and then in really small print it says "Maryland State Inspection Items Only"(in very small print) I drove the vehicle less than 200 miles before the problem with the transmission started. A reputable dealer would have had me bring the vehicle in, diagnosis the problem and offered some type of resolution to the problem. I have purchased eight automobiles from the Ourisman family of dealerships since 1970, when straight out of high I purchased a brand new SS396 Chevelle. Needless to say Ourisman had lost a life long customer and cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. TAKE YOUR CAR BUYING DOLLARS ELSEWHERE !!!!!!! More
