We sent you a letter because you have a violation on file with the Motor Vehicle Administration. We also included a check so you could process your own tags once you had your violation resolved. When i called to get a better explanation because I cleared up the "violation" which occured because I wasnt properly advised while I was at dealership about switching over insurance, no manager hopped on the phone to give a clear explanation to my inquiry. I was just told "call MVA" to figure it out. That is what I mean about proper customer care. If someone reads a letter and doesnt understand, then someone with some authority from the dealeship should be more responsive.

The MVA will not share your personal information with us. I am sorry, we can only direct you to contact them to clear the matter. This was not an insurance issue from the store. You signed a document that agreed you would insure the vehicle. That is also between you and your insurance provider, not the store. Thank you and good luck.
