What an expericence...I was nervous and just a bit scared taking on a new car payment again. They helped me through it and were great in listening to me and not forcing me into anything. I purchased a used 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T from Ourisman Dodge in Clarksville, MD on November 18, 2011. This was a Certified Pre Owned car with 18,000 miles. I had been shopping for one of these cars and had previously test driven several others; this was the best and at a good price. The salesperson put gas in the car (used car purchase) so I didn't have to stop for gas on my 2 hour drive home, that was a nice touch. They supplied a copy of the "Car Fax" report at no charge, and I check this on any used car I purchase. The dealership went even farther to help me get the car home. Since I live 2 hours away they saved me from having to find somebody to drive me to the dealership to pick up my car. I was going on business travel the following week and I caught ride to BWI airport with a coworker. When I returned, the dealership sent their courtesey van to pick me up at the airport and drive me to the dealership (15 minutes) so I could drive my new car home. The driver was right on time and I didn't have to wait at the airport. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was ready for me. I highly recommend this salesperson (Jenna Day) and this dealer. I didn't feel pressured to buy and Jenna was a pleasure to deal with, helpful, and answered all my questions. More

I was looking for a Wrangler Unlimited as a compromise between a daily driver and family SUV, and my motorcycle which I sold...something I could ride with the wind through my hair. Fred Eldridge patiently talked me through the options that come with a Wrangler, let me take two out for a test drive...and I walked away from the dealership without a "hard sell", that was Sunday. But we stayed in touch through the week and I ended up coming back and purchasing a Rubicon the following Friday. The dealership gave me a very good trade-in deal, and I got a fair price on the Wrangler. I brought my own financing for Ourisman was able to find a better rate for me with another bank. I have not had a chance to use the service department much except for purchasing some additional accessories and the staff at Ourisman has been very courteous. Overall, it was a very pleasant vehicle-purchasing experience. More

I also felt very comfortable with him, as he got me to a deal I was very comfortable with with only limited negotiating instead of a "fight". I never felt pressured or like I was being sold. Overall a very good experience and I would return there for another vehicle when the time is rigt. More
