Amazingly Easy Smooth Purchase My vehicle broke down last week. On Thurday I found my new car on Autotrader. Ourisman was the first dealership we decided to go to in order to evaluate our options. Jason Kerr responded quickly to my online request for a test drive and met us outside even when we were about 15 minutes early. Jason took the time (almost 2 hours) to take us around to the various vehicles and styles in order to help us make our evaluation and pointed us towards a model that I hadn't been considering that best suited the options that we wanted. There weren't any high pressure sales tactics and Jason was supportive of our desire to evaluate other brands before making a decision. In the end the Orisman Ram Big Horn offered us the best options with the bonus of nice 2017 model pricing incentives. We worked through final numbers and trade-ins the next day quickly and had a very fast and efficient final processing. The General Sales Manager, Jeff and the Business Manager, Dana, were both very helpful and efficient. Overall this was probably the best purchasing experiences that I have had at a car dealership. Over all experience with Orsisman Sylvia Jeffers is very helpful. We knew which car we wanted and all we asked is to check the car out and simply ask for the bottom line price for the Sylvia Jeffers is very helpful. Sylvia did just that and added all the option rebate available to us right their and then. Not including trade-in because we did not bring the car at the time. However, that's okay with us. At least we got price for the car. We went to 2 other dealers and Ourisman had the next best price and the car was still available and we bought it. My only real problem is getting that 3rd key made for the car. We order the key and we have waited for over a week to get it and we are still waiting. I am not too happy with that. I just hope the service is not like this all the time. In the future, all I want is check the car out, get a bottom line price, and a test drive. If I like the car, I will buy it. However, with every dealer, I will shop around as always. More
