Our salesman Virgile Orsot was fairly new but we appreciated his honesty and low pressure approach. If he didn't know the answer he didn't try to make it up but found the answer. We came in on a Sunday and stayed well past closing. The paperwork side did seem to take very long but it may have been due to limited staff on Sunday. Only drawback on delivery was that the vehicle only had a half tank of gas when we drove off! More

He was full of helpful information; and continually checked to see if I was alright as I navigated through the process. One of my concerns was that I was told for several hours that the car was on its way--they did not have the color combination that I wanted at the Clarksville location--however, it took from approximately 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for the car to arrive. My other concern was that I was very specific in indicating that I wanted a black-on-black car; but, was asked on several occasions if I was sure that was the color I wanted or did I want to go with another color. I believe that the customer's choice should be respected unless the customer has indicated that he/she is not sure of which color he/she wants. More

Going the Extra Mile and More I was looking for a SUV and considering of a Jeep Cherokee. I did a little research online and decided to check out Costco’s auto program. When I di I was looking for a SUV and considering of a Jeep Cherokee. I did a little research online and decided to check out Costco’s auto program. When I did, Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Clarksville was recommended, and the Costco contact/salesperson was JD (Joseph Dorsey). We scheduled an appointment for 1 pm on April 10. I went to Ourisman for a jeep but left with a pre-owned Kia Sorento. How did that happen? I worked with a salesman who worked with me. A salesman who not only heard what I had to say but, more importantly, listened to what I had to say. There is a difference. Once it was determined that the Jeep wasn’t going to work for me, he listened to my concerns and suggested a test drive of the Kia. Eureka! It was a winner. It was around 5 pm on Friday. I knew that Kia wasn’t going to be around for long, but I needed a little time and space to mentally put things into place. No pressure from JD, just a willingness to be accommodating. JD’s workday was over around 6ish or so, but he was willing to come back whenever I was ready to do the paperwork. We stayed in touch throughout the evening and agreed to meet back at the dealership about 8 pm. JD returned with his wife, who, unbeknownst to us at the time, would become integral part of the delivery of the Kia. All was said and done, and the deal was closed after 9 pm (closing time). I intended to pick up the Kia the next day since I drove my car to the dealership, but I learned that I had to move the car off the lot since it was now mine. I'm thinking how can that happen when I drove my car, which I was not leaving? This is where JD went the extra mile (literally and figuratively) for the second time that day. At his suggestion, I would drive the Kia home, he would follow me driving my car, and this is where his wife got involved. She would follow us driving their car. Thus, a 3-car "caravan" was created. It was about 10 pm when we drove into my subdivision and the cars (the Kia and my car) were parked. I thanked JD and his wife for helping me without hesitation. What a nice couple.
