Excellent sales again I've bought my last two cars through Ourisman. The purchase of my 2015 Ram was very smooth. I was not pressured into buying extra packages, although they were offered. I've also used their service department several times. They have competitive pricing and quality work. Going the Extra Mile and More I was looking for a SUV and considering of a Jeep Cherokee. I did a little research online and decided to check out Costco’s auto program. When I did, Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Clarksville was recommended, and the Costco contact/salesperson was JD (Joseph Dorsey). We scheduled an appointment for 1 pm on April 10. I went to Ourisman for a jeep but left with a pre-owned Kia Sorento. How did that happen? I worked with a salesman who worked with me. A salesman who not only heard what I had to say but, more importantly, listened to what I had to say. There is a difference. Once it was determined that the Jeep wasn’t going to work for me, he listened to my concerns and suggested a test drive of the Kia. Eureka! It was a winner. It was around 5 pm on Friday. I knew that Kia wasn’t going to be around for long, but I needed a little time and space to mentally put things into place. No pressure from JD, just a willingness to be accommodating. JD’s workday was over around 6ish or so, but he was willing to come back whenever I was ready to do the paperwork. We stayed in touch throughout the evening and agreed to meet back at the dealership about 8 pm. JD returned with his wife, who, unbeknownst to us at the time, would become integral part of the delivery of the Kia. All was said and done, and the deal was closed after 9 pm (closing time). I intended to pick up the Kia the next day since I drove my car to the dealership, but I learned that I had to move the car off the lot since it was now mine. I'm thinking how can that happen when I drove my car, which I was not leaving? This is where JD went the extra mile (literally and figuratively) for the second time that day. At his suggestion, I would drive the Kia home, he would follow me driving my car, and this is where his wife got involved. She would follow us driving their car. Thus, a 3-car "caravan" was created. It was about 10 pm when we drove into my subdivision and the cars (the Kia and my car) were parked. I thanked JD and his wife for helping me without hesitation. What a nice couple. The jeep I purchase had a discrepancy and with there "Can Do Attitude", they corrected the situation without hesitating. I have no negative comments for none of the employees, that were involved with my purchase and Jeep maintenance. I think the employees should get a pay raise for the outstanding and wonderful job they did with my experience with this dealership. I would and will return to this dealership for other vehicle purchases. I will also recommend this dealership to friends and coworkers.
