Dina in finance was tremendous, did not pressure to up-sell me on anything. Laid all the options out for me and let me choose in regards to warranty and add-ons. Jason continues to provide support to me long after the sale. Had an issue with the factory radio and Jason made sure I was taken care of getting it replaced with a new one and made me feel just as important as the day I bought the Jeep. I would buy another car from him and will recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy. More

I had actually gone to Clarksville with the intention of buying a Nissan Frontier truck, but as I passed the Ourisman lot on my way to the Nissan Dealership, I saw the Jeeps out front and drove in, where I was greeted by Mark, who was not only quite personable, but extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well. In the course of our discussions, after I delineated my needs, he pointed out the advantages of an enclosed four-wheel-drive Jeep over an open-bed pick-up truck. He convinced me to test drive one, and, thanks to his advice and observations, I totally forgot about the Nissan, and am now the proud owner of an Ourisman Jeep – and am absolutely delighted with it. Find another dealer for factory service I had the computer on my Jeep reprogrammed to add the optional tire size $60.00... I went back a couple of months later and wanted to get another opti I had the computer on my Jeep reprogrammed to add the optional tire size $60.00... I went back a couple of months later and wanted to get another option programmed and was told $143.00. I talked to the manager.... he said the charge $119.00 and didn't know where $143.00 came from (nor did he ask the Service Write that was standing 10 feet from him). Then he said that the first reprogram was $60.00 because they also did a "recall reprogramming," so I was only charged half price. Problem is they quoted me $60.00 when I called, before they knew there was a recall. I'm not asking for it to be done for free, just honesty and consistency of pricing. More
