Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Salesman of the new millenium has to be John Delio I was unfortunately in the NEED for a new car to replace my old Dodge Dakota. I started researching vehicles at Ourisman CJDR in Clarksville because I I was unfortunately in the NEED for a new car to replace my old Dodge Dakota. I started researching vehicles at Ourisman CJDR in Clarksville because I already knew what kind of dealership it was as this is the fourth vehicle from Ourisman in the last ten years. I inquired about a Jeep Grand Cherokee and John Delio was immediately there to answer any questions and take me out in the latest model without any pressure. A few weeks went by and I continued to eat, sleep, and breathe researching of vehicles and other dealerships prices. Well -- other dealerships prices were nowhere near Ourisman prices and quite frankly, the customer service at these dealerships SUCKED! The only time I would hear from the other dealerships were to push the vehicles that I wanted that they DIDN'T even have on their lots. Of course they wanted me to come in to test drive the model that I wanted even though they knew they didn't have what I wanted. Whenever I asked a question to John Delio at Ourisman, he got right back to me with the answer to the question that I asked -- NO NONSENSE. When I asked a question to THOMPSON, ANTWERPEN, FRED FREDERICK, and DARCARS, EVERY SINGLE answer had absolutely nothing to do with the question I asked and the continual response was when can you come in to test drive my new car??? (which was never on their lot...) I finally found the car that I wanted and called John, made him an offer sight unseen, and he called me back in mere minutes. I met John a little later and we went out to test drive my new Dodge Charger. We agreed on a deal and since I was unable to transfer the money as quick as I would have liked, I left a deposit and returned with the money today. John was extremely understanding of the situation the entire MONTH that I dealt with him and he never once pushed me so that he could get his money and "forget about me" like Ourisman's next door neighbor that likes to "say yes" did in 2004. I can't say that my situation is a normal situation at all, however, with the Ourisman team of skilled associates and salesmen like John Delio, I was IN AND OUT WITH A BRAND NEW CAR IN AN HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES. Dina Marshalek from finance helped with the remaining paperwork and without her, I could not have been in and out like I was. To sum it all up, I am extremely happy with Ourisman CJDR, but more importantly, even happier that I was fortunate enough to have John Delio as my salesman. Large capacity hauling exceptional. Mechanical feature of vehicle except for brake wear has been exceptional. Initial service of first purchased vehicle was questionable. Noted after first service vehicle maintained by customer. When required major service after approx. 3 years found the service department appeared to give me more confidence in performance and found the added service contract was solidly supported. Talking with Dan Ipes I have reviewed service contract for 2nd purchase and spoken with him about previous service situation/ experiences and with what appears to be new management will again give the service department a 2nd chance at next service needed. ( oil change etc.) Note I'm in service orientated field and have in the past been associated as auditor for ISO 9001/9002 and am very critical and detailed in my review of service on my vehicles etc. I have never had much confidence in major service departments because in many cases felt I was treated underhandedly and cheated and service departments did not live up to contract and spoken word at time of purchase!! My previous Chrysler lived up overall to its performance and design for my needs and that is why I'm back for the 2nd purchase because it appears you have a good product and have only attempted to improve its design for the customers needs.
