My Wife and I went to the dealership to just look at the Town & Country Vans. We had a PEN FED loan deal in our pocket that for a pre-approved loan. We walked in the door and was greeted by the receptionist who welcomed us to the dealership and asked how she could be of service. We informed her that we were interested in looking at the Chrysler Town & Country vans. At that moment, Silvia walked up to us, introduced her self, and inquired how she could help us. We told her that we wanted to look at Town & Country vans and showed her an email reflecting that they had 2013 Town & Country vans available. We talked with Silvia about the kind of equipment we looking for in the van and she told us that she would go out and bring one around to the front door. She said that there was no need for all of us to stand around in the cold. A few minutes later, she returned with a Red 2013 Town & Country van with all of the features and equipment we were interested in. My wife took the wheel and I sat in the right front passenger seat with Silvia in the left seat in the middle section of the van and we began our test drive. We drove down some major streets and on to Route 32 going South. As we were driving along, I kept feeling a small vibration that appeared to be coming from the right side of the vehicle. Towards the end of the test drive I inform Silvia about the vibrations that I was feeling. She told us that as soon as we got back to the dealership she would have the Service Dept check the vehicle because she did not want us to purchase a vehicle that we were not happy with. The van was taken immediately to the Service Dept. Silvia informed us that the the Service Manager took a ride in the van and discovered that there was a small problem and that it had been rectified. She further advised that the tires were rotated and that the Service Manager drove the vehicle again to ensure that problem with the vibrations was corrected. We took another test drive in the vehicle with Silvia and verified that indeed the problem was resolved. We were introduced to Dina for the financing of the vehicle. We were surprised and pleased that she found a financial institution that even beat the PEN FED rate. Dina was friendly, engaging and very professional. In conclusion, our experience at the dealership was great. My wife and I were completely satisfied with all aspects of the buying process and highly recommend this dealership to anyone that looking for an extraordinary fine buying experience. Had a particularly good written price quote for our Jeep, something that our local Jeep dealer could not come close to offering--and they told us to beware of prices and dealerships that appeared too good. After finding the Dealerrater website to see if there was any feedback about Ourisman dealership, found all positive reviews about Jason Kerr and the Ourisman team, and this made us comfortable to make the long drive. When we arrived, went for a quick test drive and completed purchase and finance process in less than 3 hours--all costs were exactly as in the prior written quote. Dina did a great job outlining the extended warranty options and was able to offer the lowest interest rate (even over Navy Federal and USAA, who historically have about the lowest rates). Since we will keep this Jeep forever, was very happy to find out about the lifetime bumper-to-bumper warranty. We researched Jeeps in North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland, and received the best price we could have expected to receive anywhere by $1,500--would definitely seek out Ourisman again for another car purchase! My old car, 13 year old Lincoln Town Car, had finally reached the stage where it was not adequate. I really didn't know what car I wanted to replace it with and just wandered through the internet lookin reached the stage where it was not adequate. Oursman Chrysler, Clarksville, MD. had a 2012 Chrysler 300 listed at a good price, black with black leather interior. Looked good and I had heard good things about the Chrysler 300. I just walked in and asked to look at the car. No hassle, no attempt to upsell me to a new version, and the price was the same as advertised. We test drove it to my home and my wife and I rode around for a while, with the salesman. We liked it and with not much fanfare I purchased. The original salesman, although friendly, was not very knowledgable or organized. He had not been at Oursman very long and he is now gone. The sales manager, Wayne McCormick, filled in with information and organization very well, and was surpriseingly patient with the inept salesman. As others have said, Dina Marshalek handled the paper work to purchase the car and have it tagged, etc. with no hassle and with a very pleasant demeanor. Again, she explained potential extras I could purchase or upgrade to but with no hassle or undo pressure. I subsequently came back a few times in the next week to have different technical questions answered on how to use the bluetooth, radio, etc. and luckily my original salesman was not there and Mr. Jason Kerr answered my every question with obvious knowledge and again very pleasant. Jason Kerr has stepped up to the plate several times to help me when he wasn't even my salesman. If there was any commision due he should get it and credit for me being a happy customer, along with Wayne McCormick. I highly recommend Oursman Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge to anyone looking for a new or used car.
