From beginning to end, Jim Olney was great. He got us the vehicle we wanted exactly the way we wanted it. He found the vehicle we wanted without pressuring us to take a vehicle that was in stock. We exchanged emails with Mr. Olney and he provided a price of $25K foe a Challenger R/T. A fair and reasonable price for an R/T. During the test drive, the accessory indicator was flickering, something that shouldn't be flickering. Mr. Olney's response was the heat inside the car caused the issue. Laughable if he wasn't serious. After the test drive, I pointed out it wasn't the heat and we dropped it off at their service bay. We went in and the $25K car turned into a $29K car....a car that I had just driven into his dealerships service department. I pointed out the price was to high and his response was to end the negotiations. This was immediately after my wife showed him a True Car price showing an R/T Plus for nearly the same price. He had an unconvincing answer for the prices...and never explained why the car he had agreed to sell for $25K jumped up $4K. He briefly explained we didn't meet all the discounts for the $25K price but never explained or showed how, with discounts, we still were looking at a $29K car with a malfunctioning display. Do yourself a favor - go to another dealership and vote for direct buying from the car company instead of dealerships. More
My wife and I were impressed with the salesman Berkley, who approached us in the lot. He was very friendly and helpful. He tried very hard to get the car we wanted at the price we wanted. The part of the afternoon that brought the whole process down was the finance person, Dina. After waiting for a long period of time, thinking we were going to finally see if our monthly payment could be reduced, we came into Dina's office. Instead of seeing options for monthly payments for the car, we were pushed a sheet showing 4 options that included warranty/repair insurance. These monthly payments were $50 to $100 more than what we expected to see. We felt she was rather condescending and abrupt after we balked about these options. My wife wanted to leave then but I felt we owed the salesman some respect. I understand that dealerships have to offer these extended warranties but we were spending thousands of dollars and we had a budget. Still its a big decision that could have been made more comfortable and pleasurable by employees understanding and respecting the customer. The only really bad or negative experience during our purchase was the Finance lady. When she found out that we were not willing to purchase the extended warranty, she did not talk to us anymore for almost the entire transaction with her (for about ten minutes). She just kept handing us the paperworks and it's up to me and my wife to figure them all out. We felt like we were treated as lowest beings in the world. There is definitely no respect coming from her even after we have just spent over $35K cash to purchase out new Wrangler - her attitude reflects on the Ourisman Delerships. We DO NOT deserve this kind of treatment from your dealership. I was so down that I wanted to get in touch with the president of the Ourisman Dealership to make the management aware of what she may have been doing to customers. After dealing with her, we were told by some employees (not Jim Olney) that that's how she acts whenever customers do not purchase any extended warranty from her - this is definitely WRONG customer service as we are still her customers! She should not be there to reflect Ourisman Dealsrship. But on the overall we're very happy and pleased with the vehicle purchase, as well as Jim's professionalism. Thank you! I worked with Craig mostly over email and his responses were faster and had better detail than any other dealership in the area. I was a high maintenance customer and scheduled a test drive last minute, b were faster and had better detail than any other dealership in the area. I got the best price from Ourisman in Clarksville, and I did a lot of research and searched Jeep dealers in a 100 mile radius. Luckily they are the closest dealership to my home, so it worked out well. More
I didn't have time to go from dealership to dealership to shop and haggle. I gave three dealerships the specs of what I wanted and asked for their best price. One didn't respond at all. Dan didn't give up and eventually we ended up special ordering exactly what I wanted for a price we could all agree upon. I have been exceptionally pleased with the whole process and look forward to doing business with Dan again in the future. More
Dan Ipes was very patient with my husband and I during our buying process. He gave us a fair price and explained in detail how we reached that price. He offered us the opportunity to apply for financing through the dealership, but did not pressure us to do so. He was waiting there for us when we arrived to pick up our Jeep. Dan had ensured that my new vehicle was clean and shiny-even though it had rained several times that day. The paperwork was relativly painless. :) Mr. Ipes even escourted us to the parts department to help us find new floor mats to go with the new jeep. In all- it was a great experience. We are from NC, and this could have been a nightmare buying from a dealership in MD. Thanks to Dan, it was wonderful! More

I had financing when I went in, but I was upside down 4k and the interest rate was 11.52 for 72 months, and it would not cover the purchase price on the used car I wanted. After test driving a new car, they were able to arrange financing at 9.02, for 75 months, and most importantly to me, after dealers rebates, they were able to roll the remaining amount of negative equity into the new vehicle loan, and the loan covered the tags, title, and fees. I walked in 4k upside down, on a 2007 car, with 125k miles on it, and without any money down, zero, I was able to drive out a few hours later in my first new vehicle in my life.
