We went to Ourisman Jeep because we wanted a Jeep Wrangler and were only available to shop on Sundays and Ourisman is open on Sundays! We were immediately greeted by Greg Dickerson. He never got pushy or agitated. It took us a while to pick out the one we wanted to buy, but Greg was there every step of the way. Negotiations for price went smoothly without all of the usual theatrics. We got a good value for our trade, and a good deal for the new Wrangler. Greg took every offer we made to Levi and came back with a response. Dina was very good in the Finance office. She made sure we knew what options were available to us, but was never pushy. She kept it light, funny, and very quick! For a Sunday it seemed every salesperson had sold something, that says something about Ourisman and how they treat customers! Once we left (it was after closing) and we realized we had left our garage door opener in the trade. We called back in hope and Levi answered, offered to stay later while we turned around. He was there waiting with the trade key, and waitied for us to get our stuff out of the trade. He was smiles the whole time. We can't say enough about our experience at Ourisman Jeep. It was smooth, painless, and we will be back! They are wortth the drive! We recommend them! More

I was shopping for a minivan, looking for the best deal in the internet. I already had a specific make, model, and options in mind. But most importantly, I had a specific budget in mind. I stumbled upon this dealership because of the huge dealer discount I saw online. I did my computation and it fit perfectly in my budget. I made an appointment for that weekend to check the vehicle out. When I got there, Jim told me that I do not qualify for all of the discounts. I was disappointed since I was really hoping to seal the deal. I was about ready to go home at that point. Jim however was so kind and wanted to work around my budget with the vehicle I really liked. He wasn't at all pushy like other salespeople. He was very open and he was very accomodating. He knew what I wanted and he knew what my budget was. There was a lot of negotiations involved. Jim went back and forth with their finance person and his manager. In the end, he took off some options on the vehicle I didn't need, gave me a very good discount, gave me a good appraisal for my old car, and got it slightly above my budget, but worked perfect! I had an excellent overall experience with this dealership, especially with Jim. Thanks to him, my family and I will be able to go camping in a comforatble minivan! :) More

Their staff was professional and knowledgable and never pressured me to buy or oversell in any way. John Delio answered my e-mail promptly and made a special trip on his day off. He was on time, professional, and extremely courteous. Their financing department beat my favorite bank and I have peace of mind the car I drive is the absolute best deal with every option I want.
