My sales person was very good, however bad communication between sales and service department. I was very unhappy with that and after saying my rental vehicle would be completely paid for I still ended up p between sales and service department. I was very unhappy with that and after saying my rental vehicle would be completely paid for I still ended up putting out 40soming dollars for insurance. I won't be returning to Thompson or referring anyone due to these these issues. Still waiting for them to replace a part that was damaged they said they ordered. More
