Young Spencer, full of friendliness and bounding with energy, had everything ready and helped prepare us for the final paperwork. I had a slight glitch on proof of insurance. Spencer contacted my insurance agent (at 8:00 PM) to get the proper documentation. Finishing the paperwork was a good experience. Additional purchase options were made clear and explained without any undue pressure to buy. Lauren was professional, helpful and even fun.
