Amazing, Awesome experience I started on line looking for a Jeep, we came across the color we wanted and the model which led us to Jeep of Bowie. When we arrived the vehicle was I started on line looking for a Jeep, we came across the color we wanted and the model which led us to Jeep of Bowie. When we arrived the vehicle was parked in the front, We sure felt special. We were greeted and introduced to our salesman Spencer. Spencer was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and explained and showed us all the features and how they operated. Very impressed. We went for the test ride, it was awesome.... Returning to the dealership to do the paperwork was a breeze; we were out of there in about two hours or less. The finance director Chu Park was fantastic. The entire experience from beginning to end was incredible, fast, and professional. Spencer and Chu are terrific. Thank you to Jeep of Bowie. We will be back!!!! More

Excellent Customer Service From Beginning to End I was having trouble with my car ((I'll just say it was a GM vehicle) and I had spent about 3 weeks trying to find a replacement. I had tried without any luck to work with my prior dealer, but they seemed to be too busy to return my calls. I was not really in the market for an SUV at the time but I happened to see a commercial about a Jeep Compass. Upon further research I really liked the size and the upgraded interior options. I went over to Ourisman Dodge Jeep Ram in Bowie and met with Raymond Walford. He showed me a fantastic brand new 2017 model. I was looking for a 2018, but Raymond reminded me that the 2017 was packed with extra financing incentives and it had almost all of the available upgraded options included at a great price. It was a color I liked and was totally new only 20 miles on it. I had somewhat of a large balance owed on my trade and was worried I would not get a high enough offer to make it worth, it, but the Sales/ Finance team, Monty Harika and Mr. Park made it work, so that I was able to completely pay off my old car and get a brand new one with only a slight increase in my monthly payment. I was very happy with my purchase experience here, there were no high pressure sales tactics. I met with Raymond on a Wednesday evening and by Saturday, I came back to take a 2nd look at the Compass. Raymond went through the entire process with and made sure I understood all the features of the vehicle and explained the purchase process to me in detail. I was very appreciative that Raymond and the other team members I worked with took the time to explain and be patient with me as I deliberated such a large purchase. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received here and would certainly recommend this dealership to someone looking for a new vehicle. More

Bad Day Turned Awesome I woke up today feeling crappy, but when I came to the Bowie Chyrsyler Jeep Dodge Ram Ourisman dealership it turned my day completely around! It start I woke up today feeling crappy, but when I came to the Bowie Chyrsyler Jeep Dodge Ram Ourisman dealership it turned my day completely around! It started with me looking for a particular car online, I called the dealership and spoke with Raymond. Raymond assured me that even if they did not have what I wanted they would get it! Upon my arrival i met Raymond right at the door, and I was greeted with a smile by all staff. I didn’t even feel obligated feeling that I had to buy anything. Then comes my trade in. A deal breaker for me was that my trade in had to be paid off in order for me to purchase anything no if ands it buts; A MUST! So here comes Mr. Lew with pen and paper, in my mind I knew he wasn’t gonna pay off my car. Within 20 minutes I got my quote back. It was over what I owed! . Lew was more generous than I have ever experienced in the financial team when it comes to trade in’s. Then came the actual purchase. The vehicle I fell in love with was a bit higher that what I was approved for by my credit union. My husband and I was not trying to pay the sticker price off course. So Raymond and Monty worked together and in all I saved over 5,000! I was very surprised to see what they were willing to give me the vehicle for! My husband and I made a deal right then and there! Then I met the lovely Ms. Donna in finance, she was a breathe of fresh air with her customer service! She was so kind and was on the money when it came to getting my finances in order. She knew what she was doing and was so knowledgeable. Overall my experience here was phenomenal. The entire staff was was so professional and pleasant. I would only consider coming back to this location even though it’s almost a hour drive from me and even though I have a dodge dealership only 10 minutes frome me.
