"Excellent Experience" I was about to purchase a new Santa Fe with Hyundai next door to Jeep. On my way to Hyundai to finish the process that I started, an impulse set in to I was about to purchase a new Santa Fe with Hyundai next door to Jeep. On my way to Hyundai to finish the process that I started, an impulse set in to stop and poke my head in at Ourisman Jeep before making the final commitment to Hyundai. I was greeted by Emmanuel Kisob. He went out of his way to show me many vehicles and explained all the features and remained very patient. We had some great meaningful conversations during our time together. He is so friendly, playful and an intelligent man. Getting to know him and his personal background kept my interest while waiting throughout the process. I learned much from his perspectives of life and raising children. I felt very comfortable with him as if we've known each other for much longer than my time working with him. Monty Harika, the sales manager, was also amazing and would do anything to make me happy. He offered me more on my trade for my 2012 BMW X5d and located the exact vehicle that met my needs, which was in another state and had it delivered the next day. Monty also gave me a better quote than Hyundai for a Better quality vehicle. I would hear the team say multiple times, "What can we do that makes you happy". There was no pressure to commit after seeing/driving the new vehicle. I knew when I first sat in the new Jeep Grand Cherokee, that there was no comparison to Hyundai or any other brand out there. The quality of sitting in the cabin of a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited, with all the best tech and safety features was enough to make me change my mind. Beautiful vehicle. I've been to Toyota, Honda, Ford and Hyundai. Some with bad customer service. Ourisman Jeep is what drew me in and kept me. Donna Jones, the financial manager was very efficient and informative. I also got to know her off topic from discussing the financial aspects. She's got a heart of gold. What an amazing experience to have! Ourisman has a wonderful team of professionals that will take care very good of you. I highly recommend you go no further! I'm a very happy and excited new owner! Thank you to the team at Ourisman!
