They let me take a test drive to my house in southern Md cause my wife could not make the trip with me. On my way back to the dealership I contacted Lauren told her to start the numbers, as I arrived Lauren and Monty greeted me back and sat down with me to hash out numbers and came close to my payment goal. I explained that the car was for my wife and I had orders on what she wanted to pay..lol...and not a penny more , Frank being a married man/ family man knew my pain. He worked with me back and forth and I went to see it , at that time I called my wife and we both came back around 4 pm . Frank had a long day but still took the time to explain the high tech stuff on the accord for my wife. They listen to my price points and vehicle needs, then went to work for me. Amazing a dealer that was working for me, awesome. I drove away with an over the top Jeep and a perfect value. Lauren Smith was my sales consultant and what a great attitude. She focused on my needs and found a vehicle that ticked all the boxes. Ok, now you would expected the pain to start with the price negotiations. The sales manger came back with the price points we had discussed and I couldn't believe it, where do i sign, hurry before they change their minds.
