The process at Ourisman was efficient, simple, and free from pressure. We came into the dealership knowing that we had two different vehicles in mind, a Pacifica or a Durango. It was clear after that process that a Durango feet our needs and after a check of inventory for our color and equipment desires we were test driving within minutes.
