I had the pleasure of working with Raymond Walford. He was vey upfront and helpful with any questions we had and was persistent in keeping in touch. I had initially contacted him and ended up waiting about 3 weeks before we decided we were serious. We did have limited exposure to the pre-owned sales manager but that was okay. We also had a bit of anxiety with what we would get for our trade-in after negotiating the car we wanted to buy. It worked out in our favor All in all, the staff was very friendly. The transaction was as quick as it possible could go since we had all the necessary paperwork. They knew we were serious and we appreciated their business professionalism. The finance person tried to keep things lighthearted and didn't try to up sell us. which was good. However, he seemed to hurry through things but I guess when you do that for a living, it can get monotonous. Delivery of the car was in great condition despite being preowned. The only thing that my husband and I think the dealership could do better is coordinate their stream of email correspondence. It seems like some dealerships have their e-sales communication down while others seem a bit disconnected from the customer (we had 3 different people from the dealership in touch with me- not sure why).
