After an exhaustive search of available options, I decided to have my jeep ordered from the factory, but it didn't end there. I wanted a lift kit and big tires. After discussing the options available, I chose to have Ourisman install the mopar lift kit and picked out 20" rims and 35x12.50 tires. They were able to get the jeep fitted with a back-up camera and heated seats in the rear. I could not be more pleased with the way it turned out. It is definitely a head turner. Lied to me I found this dealership through true car, trying to get the best deal possible. Within a day I was contacted by salesman Mike. We went back and forth I found this dealership through true car, trying to get the best deal possible. Within a day I was contacted by salesman Mike. We went back and forth on pricing over the phone and email. When Friday came around I left work early and drove an hour to talk in person and buy the jeep I'd been talking about. Met with Mike seemed very nice so we made a deal. I knew ahead of time the vehicle I wanted they were getting from another dealership which was fine, and I was told I could pick up the next day. Saturday I called and Mike said he'd call me back he was working on getting it there. Couple hours later I called again he said it just wasn't going to happen so I said when. He told me Monday, I respond saying I would be there when they open. Monday I went in he greeted my fiancé and I and said give him a couple minutes. He then informs me the vehicle was sold at the other dealership, keep in mind I gave him a down payment and was told the vehicle was as good as mine. He try's to get me to buy another jeep not on they're lot. At this point I was a little angry. He kept saying this wasn't his fault, making it seem like it was my fault because I knew what wanted when I came in the door. I finally request for my down payment back and I left. An hour later the manager contacted my fiancé asking what happened. He tells her they're never was a vehicle coming that he knew of. So my advice is beware of this dealer. I'm just glad this all went down before the vehicle was purchased. Going to buy from Adams Jeep Annapolis very good people. More
