2016 Dodge Ram Crew Cab 1500 5.7L Hemi Lauren worked to fit my needs as I was an hour away down in Southern Maryland. Fitzgerald didn't want to negotiate in pricing, so I started shopping e Lauren worked to fit my needs as I was an hour away down in Southern Maryland. Fitzgerald didn't want to negotiate in pricing, so I started shopping elsewhere. I was working with several dealerships in Maryland and Virginia and they were not responsive over electronic communication. Lauren kept in constant communication via text and email and we worked to keep me within my budget. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that it was agreed that I would be walking out the door at the set price that was agreed upon before making my long drive and once I got there, due to financing, and instead of honoring their agreement to get me out the door at that price, I wound up having to eat an extra 1,000. Still a pretty good deal and the experience was very smooth for the most part. More

Great Job When I arrived at the dealership I already had a understanding of how they worked. Dealerships want your money and didn't care about anything else. But this dealership and made me feel like they actually was looking out for my best interest. They were welcoming. Friendly, considerate of what I was looking for and needed. excellcent customer service i really had a good experience at this dealership, the sales guy who helped me Reggie was so wonderful, he exceeded my expectation and he was able to i really had a good experience at this dealership, the sales guy who helped me Reggie was so wonderful, he exceeded my expectation and he was able to work with me on and answered every question i asked about the car and was really friendly , am really pleased with his outstanding service he provided and i really want to tell him thank you. I had a great experience from From the time I walked into the dealership, I felt comfortable. Lauren and Keon who greeted us outside were extremely friendly. To be honest, I am From the time I walked into the dealership, I felt comfortable. Lauren and Keon who greeted us outside were extremely friendly. To be honest, I am very cautious around sales people; but Lauren and Keon were able to remove that wall with their friendly and open personality. From start to finish, Lauren worked with me through every step. She answered every question-she even answered questions that I asked more than once. She was extremely personable and made me feel at ease. I had a few moments where I felt overwhelmed (nothing that she did-just the car buying experience). Yet, the entire time, she was patient and offered kind words. I know she is a salesperson, but it truly felt as if I was talking to a friend. I am excited about my purchase of my Jeep Cherokee Sport thanks to Lauren. Overall, I would highly recommend you purchasing from Ourisman of Bowie, Maryland. More

An Amazing experience Lauren Smith is an absolute rock star! I have been going to Ourisman for all our service since moving here so when it came time to trade up for a new vehicle made since that this was the pl I have been going to Ourisman for all our service since moving here so when it came time to trade up for a new vehicle made since that this was the place to start. I was first contacted by Nadina jones who was very helpful in getting the process started. We then started working with Lauren Smith who just made this an overall painless car buying experience. Our trade in was in service for a recall they went over and did the appraisal before we even arrived. They didn't have exactly what we wanted on the lot, they were able to find vehicles we wanted on other lots and started working on finding the right one. She then mentioned they had a higher model on the lot that we went to check out. It was more than the price range we were looking at but after running some numbers and negotiating our trade in price we were comfortable with the great deal they were able to give us (even before incentives) Our special needs toddler was with us and Lauren was awesome with him she offered to hold him several times, was very personable, and all around just an amazing person. (For instance, none of the vending machines would take our 5 dollar bill and the cashier wasn't around Lauren didn't hesitate to solve the situation and ensure we were able to get something while we waited. That to me is going beyond just getting a sale) She answered all our questions and was never pushy from the moment we started emailing her to when we drove off. If you looking for a car this is the place to go and Lauren is the person to talk to. Also worth mentioning the finance section was an equally great experience was not pushy on additional services and was able to get us in and out no issues (I am horrible with names I wish I could remember his name he was an all around great guy). When it comes time to upgrade again if I'm still in the area this is where ill be going. Thanks again Lauren!!!! More

I cannot even believe this is a dealership at all, I would say it i I want to first stand up and applaud Lauren Smith and the Ourisman CDJR of Bowie. I cannot even believe this is a dealership at all, I would say it is a family. From the time I walked in the door, and even before hand when I spoke to Lauren on the phone we were in a "no BS zone". I was in and out in less then two hours, and even the process with the finance director Chu Park was amazing. I would give ten stars for the way me and my family were treated during our time in Ourisman CDJR Bowie. Thank you Lauren and Chu for you wonderful costumer service and the fact that you treated me like family instead of a quota!!!! Bravo Zulu!! More

The car buying process is inherently painful but the team in Bowie made it as painless as possible. We went in to just look and talk numbers as we were just beginning the process of upgrading my wife's car.
