2015 CHALLENGER!!! A large scratch from someone taking their key to it was visible from the driver side door. Salesman promised to have it corrected but to go ahead with the purchase with a good faith handshake. A week later, I come back thinking it will be sanded out and painted but instead got an amateur job and that is putting the word amateur lightly. The scratch looks worse than before I brought it in. When I requested the Salesman (Raymon) to give me the trade in back or another vehicle of similar value, he said I'll look into it but never called back. Will never refer anyone to them!!! More

Keep in mind; I have not had a new car or a car payment in 10 years. I was so excited about my husband’s new 2015 Jeep that Mr. Johnson sold him the previous day. He convinced me to go check out the Jeeps. I’m glad I did. I was greeted by the entire staff, but one in particular was recommended. His name is Mr. Eddie Johnson. Mr. Johnson made me feel comfortable as well as excited. Mr. Johnson showed me that he was detailed oriented. Based on the amenities I had mentioned to my husband the day before my arrival; Mr. Johnson delivered the perfect Jeep! I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Mr. Johnson was very informative, personable and he answered every question I had patiently. Commonly seen, most car salesmen have no knowledge of the vehicle and have to ask questions or get information from the other salesmen in the showroom. Not Mr. Johnson. His objective was not only to sell me the Jeep, but to make sure I was comfortable buying the right Jeep. With Mr. Johnson’s experience, he not only let me test drive the Jeep but he made sure the Jeep was in tip top shape before I drove off the lot. He also set up the features in the vehicle to include the radio, Bluetooth, navigation, etc. Without reservations, I will recommend friends, family, co-workers and anyone else who is in need of a vehicle to Mr. Johnson.
