I walked into the dealership unannounced on a cold Monday night to look at two specific vehicles. I was warmly greeted in the parking lot by Kendric, who was on his way to deal with another customer. Brandon came out and greeted me almost immediately and immediately responded to my requests, no messing around. He was proactive in demostrating a number of the Ram's features and very helpful without being aggressive or pushy at all. After viewing the two vehicles, I narrowed it down to one, and we got down to work. I asked them to shoot me their best price, and they shortly came back with a price a bit over what I originally wanted to pay. One quick exchange and I got the truck at a price I was very happy with, and purchased it immediately. Dealing with Brandon and Dana was very easy and there was no pressure or hard sell - it was easy. When I came in to pick up the truck to drive it off the lot, I got to deal with Kendric again, and he was very pleasant and took care of a last minute issue in no time. I went into the dealership very well preparred ahead of time in regards to what I wanted to spend and the financing I was looking for, and he actually gave me an initial estimate that was better that what I had calculated. After doing the official financing they came back with an even better number, and I even received a pretty fair deal for my trade in. The whole process from start to finished took only about 3 and a half hours and was very painless. I would definitely reccommend Oursiman of Bowie and especially Andrew Thomas to anyone in the area looking to purchase a vehicle. Even with living in Springfield, Virginia it was worth the drive up to Bowie, and I will most likely be buying my next Hyudai from there as well, in a few years! More
