Over the years I’ve purchased cars from at least five dealerships in both Maryland and Virginia. Most recently I’ve purchased four vehicles in a row at Ourisman Ford and Lincoln thus far. Each time I’ve dealerships in both Maryland and Virginia. Most recently I’ve purchased four vehicles in a row at Ourisman Ford and Lincoln thus far. Each time I’ve had pleasant experiences and did not need to haggle over price or trade in value. The staff in both the sales and service departments have always been professional even when I’ve been cranky. It’s nice to feel secure in knowing that I’ll get a fair shake every three years, and that I can count on Ourisman when it’s time for me to buy a new Ford. More

Such a pleasure to do business with—no pressure, no gimmicks, no fast talk, just his sincere smile and determination to provide us with top-notch customer service. While there, we also spoke with Jeff, used car sales manager, and Ted, the finance manager, who were equally as pleasant to chat and do business with. I would highly recommend purchasing your next car through them. I have yet to pick up my car that's awaiting a part, but excited to bring it home. More

About two weeks ago I went into this dealership to purchase an Expedition. I can say everyone was friendly, polite and shared great customer service. Unfortunately, it was a front and they were not ge purchase an Expedition. I can say everyone was friendly, polite and shared great customer service. Unfortunately, it was a front and they were not genuine. After the purchase I have discovered this dealership sold me a vehicle $4,000 over appraisal per the CarFax report that I had to purchase myself. I brought the matter up to the general manager, Lee, however he did absolutely nothing about it. He said it should’ve been spotted at time of purchase. Pretty much what he said was you caught us too late. We are in the business of ripping people off. I am honestly really upset, bc I never got the vibe that they were dishonest people. BUT, lesson learned!!! Thank you Ourisman for showing your true colors. I would NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this company to ANYONE. Especially my fellow military families. Stay away and go somewhere else. More

They sold me a used 2020 Dodge Durango. During test drive, check engine light came on. They claimed their computer couldn't tell what it was because they are a Ford dealership. Salesman and Used Car Manager said it was a sensor that needed to be replaced. During my first fill up, the gas started pouring directly on the ground due to the fuel neck being ruined. They lied and told me to purchase an extended warranty (which thankfully, I did) and now my "new-to-me" vehicle will sit at another dealership for the next 2-3 weeks while I wait on the part to arrive and it get fixed. If there was a zero star rating, I would give it to this place. STAY AWAY! More

This is the worst customer service and should of read the reviews.. I bought a van 2 months ago and the spoiler just came off tailgate. Talked with the sales manager and he said when it left our dealership it was in tact. Less than a thousand mikes and I usually do not check to see if all parts are intact. This guy had no intentions of making this right. He told me to take pictures and he would call me back at once and guess what I had to call him. I give you his name but perhaps not fair to him. Real smooth talker but all HOT AIR. Sure he will not be there long. More
