Great Experience I had my 20,000 mile inspection today, and I was VERY pleased with the patience and help I received when dropping off my vehicle. The service advisor, I had my 20,000 mile inspection today, and I was VERY pleased with the patience and help I received when dropping off my vehicle. The service advisor, Michael Brech, was a fantastic and patient representative. He made my experience 10 times easier, effective, and reassuring. I am happy about the physical service done on my car as well and feel confident that Ford did what they said they would do. Thank you Mr. Brech and thank you Ford. More
No resolution to my a/c issue then warranty runs out I took my 2010 Escape Hybrid in to Battlefield three times because the air conditioning is not working correctly. Also the front left tire makes a squeak sound when I turn left. After the third time I took it to Falls Church where they also did not fix either problem. Both claim they can find nothing wrong, but my car pool passengers know it doesn't work right, and my MPG which is normally at 36 in the summer is only at 33. Then I hit 100,000 miles and I am out of warranty. I will not be getting another Ford. Mark W. More

Excellent Customer Experience. Toby you Rock!! My inspection expired in October and I didn't have time to get it done, before I went on vacation at the end of the month. I got out of work early on My inspection expired in October and I didn't have time to get it done, before I went on vacation at the end of the month. I got out of work early on Monday November 3, 2014 in order to get my car inspected. Come to find out there wasn't an inspection technician there on Mondays. I panicked and went back to may car trying to figure out what on earth I was going to do. Not to mention there was a police officer parked a few yards from me and I didn't want to get a ticket for expired tags. I was so flustered and angry that I had to find another place to get an inspection and I know idea where to go, where I'm new to the area. Then the service manager, Toby Bragg, came out to my car and knocked on my window. I explained my dilemma and she told me to go to the Battlefield Ford Dealership, on Mathis Ave. She even called that location, to let them know I was on my way. I was able to get my inspection done less then 30 minutes and I went back to tell Toby that I was so glad she was able to help me out. I've been a customer at Battlefield Quicklanes for over 2 & 1/2 years and Toby has always been so helpful and pleasant to do business with. Keep up the phenomenal work Toby! More

Ignition coils went bad in my wife's Ford Explorer while I was on travel. She called to make appointment Friday afternoon and was told first chance to check it out was Monday. For some unexplained r while I was on travel. She called to make appointment Friday afternoon and was told first chance to check it out was Monday. For some unexplained reason, they were unable to give an estimate until 4pm Monday and job would not be complete until 4pm Tuesday. Was it a big job? No, the ignition coils are on the top of the engine very accessible and are removed with 4 screws each. Computer gives exact trouble code so diagnostics is straight forward. Eight spark plugs and wires needed changing. This is the most basic service. Cost was $1,500 of which $700 was for labor. This was a complete ripoff. Eight screws out, eight screws in, 8 spark plugs out, and eight spark plugs in. If it took two hours, they would have been really milking it and that is $350 per hour. DON'T GO TO BATTLEFIELD FORD FOR SERVICE!!! More
My wife took our car to this dealer for a vehicle inspection per Fairfax County regulations. After the inspection, she attempted to start the car, and needed a boost from the dealer. Now we have a fa inspection per Fairfax County regulations. After the inspection, she attempted to start the car, and needed a boost from the dealer. Now we have a faulty battery, which will probably set us back another $100 or $200. My wife is an in home mental health consultant, and this inconvenience is costly. As a matter of fact, she is stranded at a client's home waiting on AAA to give her a boost. Very bad service! More
This is the 2nd time i went in to pick up my truck and they are not ready with it. They never called in to let me know. And made me waste my time to go in twice. And all he said was " ohh its not ready, c they are not ready with it. They never called in to let me know. And made me waste my time to go in twice. And all he said was " ohh its not ready, call some one to pick you up" , but he forgot that people work unlike him. I don't have all day to stay and wait for my truck to be ready. Never use these people. More
They Lie, Over charge, and do poor work. Keep my vehicle for 3 weeks to replace trans and alternator. Pick it up drove 15 miles parked when I came out from work lots of trans fluid on the ground. Drove it for 3 weeks to replace trans and alternator. Pick it up drove 15 miles parked when I came out from work lots of trans fluid on the ground. Drove it back to Ford - primary tech Ken was nice and aggressive to find fault - Service manager was nasty, looks like no problem to him. Repair tech said it was his fault, didn't seat a seal correctly. Ken & Nasty Manger said they drove the vehicle 30 miles, couldn't have happened - I set trip to zero before dropping it off - 5.7 miles were on the vehicle for the three weeks it was there. More
Unfortunately, after making a "Genuine eService Appointment" with Ford’s online system to have my 2010 F-150 serviced at Battlefield Ford in Manassas, I was told by the service agent that Ford's on Appointment" with Ford’s online system to have my 2010 F-150 serviced at Battlefield Ford in Manassas, I was told by the service agent that Ford's online system rarely works, and was advised by the dealership NOT to use it in the future. After having taken the morning off work to have the 22,500 service done, I had to leave the dealership with my truck not serviced because the dealership told me my appointment was not valid and they did not have availability for me that day. The service manager told me Ford's system was faulty, unreliable, and advised me not to use it anymore. Ford advises me that there is no problem with their system, and that Battlefield Ford is to blame. Despite my attempts to reconcile with the dealership, they only continued their bashing of Ford Motor Company and offered me no consolation (free loaner, discounted future service, etc.). I will NEVER use them for service again. Other DC-area dealers are a better option. More
