Excellent experience Great experience. Arrived at the dealership and they promptly opened at 0700. I had a recall notice on my vehicle. James Grandstaff kept me updated Great experience. At one point he sensed the vehicle was taking a little longer to complete and without me asking went back to check to see how much longer it would be. I have yet to have a bad experience with service or with the advisor. After pulling my car up Mr. Grandstaff met me with the necessary paperwork, took time to explain to me what was done, the next service needed and further down the road a major service coming up. Mr. Grandstaff has always made this a pleasurable experience. More

The loaner was clean, coffee, water and and danish were available in the waiting lounge. Later that that day as promised, he called me to give me a status update and get my approval for repairs. The repairs took a little longer than expected because I was not available to answer the phone for authorization. I arrived late to pick up my vehicle but James was there to give me a total explanation of what was done along with an answer to questions I had on future services. I really appreciate the time James takes to explain the services along with answering questions. I haven't had a bad experience at this service department. I love the genuine personal service provided by James. I highly recommend James and the service department. More
The worst experience In 2012 I bought a 2007 Nissan Quest from Carmax. The automatic sliding doors were having problems. I took it back to Carmax. They then took it to Tis In 2012 I bought a 2007 Nissan Quest from Carmax. The automatic sliding doors were having problems. I took it back to Carmax. They then took it to Tischer. Tischer worked on the WRONG sliding door. So after a month of waiting for the van it had to be taken back and we had to wait ANOTHER month. A year later one of the doors broke again. We repeated the process of Carmax and then to Tischer. They ordered the wrong motor and had to wait for another. Another month of driving a rental. A few months later the other motor on the other side broke again. Back to the service center. Another rental. Then one day we were out driving and hit a bump. I look out my right rear view window to see the panel that covers the door guide hanging off the body of the van. When I got home I looked at the clips they used to hold the panel on and they were the wrong size. I called immediately and left a message telling them to come to me to fix it (45 minute drive). Never heard back. Called multiple times. Never heard back. Then another day the other side fell off. So now our van is missing two panels and it looks awful. Thanks a lot Tischer. More
Thanks to a Great Service Tech Rome took very good care of my car service on Tuesday. He showed professionalism and kindness unlike George Wolfe and Matt. They watch me for 10 minutes and didn't offer to help. I could have gotten upset but Rome could tell by my expression and said, Don't worry I will take care of you and get you out of here in about an Hour and a half. He asked if I was off that day and made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks Rome for taking such good care of me. The other techs should learn customer service skills. Anyway I am glad Rome is my service tech. Keep up the good work Rome and I appreciate your kindness. Ms Barr More
I would jump off a tall bridge before I ever go here again. First of all, the "cashier girls" are just plain rude, ignorant, unknowledgeable, and unfriendly. Just call yourself and find out. The idiots ordering parts had no idea how to order the right part. I was told repeatedly the right radiator would be there "tomorrow". It never was. I can find several radiators instantaneously on the Internet, but would they order one of these? No! Of course not! Morons! On top of all this, they drained my R134A out of my AC, so now I have to recharge that MYSELF. AND they messed up my alternator! I was less than 5 miles away from the dealership on my way home and my alternator started acting up. I have more dignity than to take it back to this xxxx hole, so I'll have someone else fix it. Besides, they'd never admit that they did something wrong. Do yourself a favor and jump off a tall bridge before you go to this place. More
After a troubling experience at the service department, I explained my issues with Curt in the service department who was able to make the situation better. I very please with their level of concern and will use Tischer for all my Nissan business as well as coworkers friends and family. More
I initially had a neutral opinion of Tischer. I felt they pressured me into buying my car (granted I was pressuring myself too because I really wanted the car, so I was already susceptible to outside in they pressured me into buying my car (granted I was pressuring myself too because I really wanted the car, so I was already susceptible to outside influence). However, they were also extremely efficient with processing my paperwork and securing a loan, and stayed late to ensure it was all done properly. They also gave me what I think is a good price. The way they have treated me since has completely changed my opinion of them. First, they began offering their Tires for Life program a few months after I bought my car, but they let me sign up for it retroactively. This is a potentially huge money saver for a 370Z owner, as the 370Z goes through a set of tires that cost hundreds of dollars each in less than 20,000 miles. I recently ran over something and got a flat rear tire. I made it to the dealer before it completely deflated, and they gave me two free rear tires, without an appointment, since they were bald and it was time for them to be replaced anyway. All that was awesome enough, but I had to go out of town shortly after I dropped my car off, and couldn't wait for my car to be finished. So, they gave me a brand new loaner car for the entire weekend for free, until I got back in town and could pick up my 370Z. And to add to all that, I got a call a week and a half later from Matt Martin in the service department who I dealt with the day my tire went flat, and he wanted to know if the tires were working out for me. That entire ordeal hardly cost me anything--just the cost of mounting and balancing the tires. They also have a great rewards program that allows you to earn credit towards purchases or service work. Overall, I have been really impressed with Tischer since I bought my car. They have been very friendly, and have gone way above and beyond anything I expected. More
I can't give enough praise to the service department! I recently went with two punctured tires, no appointment, upset and with my infant son. Our experience was absolutely wonderful. The work needed to be done was estimated and quoted first, then once they got our approval to move forward the service tean did just that.
