We live two hours away and were misled about rental availability during service. After multiple visits and poor communication, we were never informed prior to major repairs being started—only found out after calling ourselves. Most disturbing was receiving a call from Chris Thorne saying that he would report us to the police if we did not return the rental car by the end of the day on a workday, despite our clear explanations about work and distance, and despite receiving no urgent prior notification. This has been a deeply stressful experience. We paid for a new car, not for a refurbished one. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and the way my wife and I were treated was absolutely unacceptable. More

Unfortunately, within weeks, the vehicle required a full transmission replacement. Living two hours away, we were told a rental would be provided during service—but that promise was not honored. After multiple trips and limited updates, we only discovered the seriousness of the issue after repeatedly following up ourselves. What was especially upsetting was a call we received from a dealership representative, stating that if we didn’t return the rental car by the end of the business day, serious consequences would follow. This came despite our previous, clear communication about our work commitments and distance from the dealership—and with no urgent notice prior. This entire process has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. We paid for a new car, not one that would require major repairs so soon. We expected transparency, professionalism, and care—none of which were consistently provided. Based on our experience, I would urge others to proceed with extreme caution when considering this dealership. More

I couldn’t be more pleased and happier with the service provided by Ourisman Motors of Waldorf in the purchase of my 2024 Subaru Forester. Specifically, starting with Ms. Amanda Sisk that provided the Forester car data, set up appointment, and ensured following my buy that my extended warranty coverage got put in place properly. For the majority of the sales work upon getting to the dealer, Mr. Mason Greenwell provided superb professional, personal and poised sales service. He explained all aspects of the sale, allowed for a test drive, and expertly took me through the purchase process and made it all effortless. I know he did great job because he answered my many questions on the car features, of which are many along with sound replies on the sales contract covering my purchase. He did it confidently but with firm understanding and answered my questions clearly and concisely. I made long 1.5-hour trip across town from the Virginia side to get there and he made it worthwhile. So, I would highly recommend using Mr. Mason for your purchase and don’t let distance get in the way of making it over to Ourisman Motors of Waldorf. I sure glad I did and am extremely satisfied and happy with a 2024 Forester. More
I would rate five out of five stars on the services here in Subaru Waldorf because Nick and Vincent was very professional, respectful and kind and during our conversation explained everything to me, BUT on in Subaru Waldorf because Nick and Vincent was very professional, respectful and kind and during our conversation explained everything to me, BUT on the sales part PLEASE DO NOT BUY a car here because the sales staff here are VERY DISHONEST, they will FOOL and TRICK YOU in order to sell their vehicles. Our conversation and agreements were very clear, but then they will make you sign papers that states differently- its a trap. And when you appealed it they will play the card “Oh you signed everything on the paper, that means you understood everything in it”. Subaru is a good car, but please don’t go here to buy, go to some other dealership. I am planning to buy another one this year hopefully my family and I will find people who are actually honest and decent to do business with. More

I'm helping to purchase a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek for my Granddaughter in Collage. While she was on Christmas break, I suggest having her 1st Oil Change while here at Dealership purchased from. After Oil Change MAJOR OIL LEAKING l from around filter, covering engine, smoking, and smell of burning oil. Returned to service department for correction, next day same problem recurs. It should be noted that the Subaru Oil filter is one of the easiest to replace. Service Department really messed up; I'm not impressed with OURISMAN DEALERSHIP. Side note I Purchased my 2002 Subaru Outback ONYX from this dealership, and possibly considered purchase another for my next Granddaughter. However, if this the QUALITY of service I can expect for my vehicle, and those of my GRANDAUGHTERS, OURISMAN LOST MY BUSINESS, and I will be recommending to my friends using another dealership. More

Two days ago I was also here for a low tire pressure concern. It was around 4:00 PM on a Saturday. I was expecting for at least even the lowest dose of compassion for the tire to get air as common sense would dictate that driving with a low-pressure tire is unsafe, plus it makes the driver uncomfortable and uneasy, especially for people like me whose inclination is not really on matters about cars. My Subaru tires use nitrogen that is why I made the effort to drive to this Subaru Center where I bought the car just nearly a year ago. Instead of offering air to resolve my tire concern, I was told to come back on any regular business days and hours! No concern at all even if I am driving with a flat tire. It’s not even years after I bought my first ever Subaru car and these are all the after-sales experiences I am already getting. I love my Subaru car, but this Subaru center got me questioning about quality after-sales services. More
