Dear customer, you are correct the taxes should have been based on after the trade. that is are fault. if you don't put the acv of the trade in the back screen it does not caculate the correct taxes. we should have done that correctly. also,we did not mean to come off rude. we should have done a better job understanding your needs and a better job to earn your business. I can't address the pricing because it did not say the model or year you purchased. Either way we did not earn your Business. We do however, welcome you to the Mazda family and hope you enjoy your new CX-5. again sorry we did not meet or beat your expectations in a manner that you should expect and deserve.

I am looking at the quote sheet and the trade is in there. The part I am upset about is I tried to mention in multiple times and I am not sure if it was meant but the subject was changed at least twice form when I brought it up. We got a 2014 CX-5 touring. It would have been one thing if there was another customer to rush off to but there wasn't. Either way we got a car somewhere else and I have made sure my friends have heard about my experience (Work with a bunch of young engineers)

Understand, not sure it was understood on are part. the dealer gains nothing by adding more taxes. In md you can put the trade value on the front of the screen but, you also must put in on the back screen to calulate the correct taxes. bottom line we messed that up. but, truly not intentional.

I'm not sure what a "complimentary service" would serve. I have been promised a complimentary oil change which I understand would occur around 7500 miles. Since it will take over a year for us to reach this point adding another complimentary oil change or something similar would occur in about 2-3 years. If you could reimburse us for the lost gasoline and our time driving back and forth to the tune of $100 I would consider this to be a reasonable accommodation.
