Mr. Holley, I`m sorry that you vehicle had another failure. When it was in here you had no power to the compressor that was caused by the AC control head. We replaced it and the AC worked. Unfortunately only for a short time. Now the AC compressor has failed that's not our fault. I wish we could see into the future. When you had asked me to call you I was in the middle of something I had asked the advisor to get your paper work together so I could see what was going on and when I finished my previous engagement I would return your call. When I got done I had grab it and headed to my office to call you but you had called and spoke to Ken who asked if you wanted to speak to me so I could get it resolved and you said you did not want to speak to me and you were calling Mazda. Mazda is only a go between and I knew they would be calling me. See they cant make the dealer do anything. I told them what would be fair and they agreed. The facts are Mazda normally would not cover a 10 year old car but because I have a good reputation with Mazda and my FOM I got it covered for you. I do apologies for my delay but I will return calls/emails and texts as quickly as I can. What can I do to help with this?

Dear Unhappy Mazda Owner, I am truly sorry that you had a bad experience at our dealership. We try to make every visit the best possible. I was out of the dealership when you had called I do apologies for that, however Mazda Corporate had given me a call and asked me about your vehicle. Upon my return I went over the repairs with them, you had no power the Air Conditioner compressor after a wiring check it was determined that the AC control module was faulty and with you consent replaced. The AC system was ok at that time and you picked up the vehicle and left. After you had brought the car back in for no AC the AC compressor had Locked up and the compressor had to be replaced. I talked with Mazda and after 2 days got them to take care of the parts on a 10 year old car. I`m glad in the end we were able to get you taken care of. I know you have only been to our dealership 2 times but I hope we see you in the future. We value all of our customers here new and old. If there is any thing I can do for you please call or e-mail me anytime.
