I had a really wonderful car buying experience with Texas Greg and his team at Ourisman Toyota 40. From his first “yee-haw,” Texas Greg was very engaging, thorough, responsive, and on-point. We live a decent Greg and his team at Ourisman Toyota 40. From his first “yee-haw,” Texas Greg was very engaging, thorough, responsive, and on-point. We live a decent hike from the dealership, so he sent videos of the car we were interested in. Once we reserved the car we wanted (they were selling fast), he gave us frequent status updates and was able to easily continue the conversation from text to email or phone. When the car arrived, he and his team made the entire purchase process smooth, speedy, and light-hearted. The team worked simultaneously to process the new car, our trade-in, and the financing. When it came time to sign off on the financing, Dezmon, the Finance Manager, was very helpful and kind. I felt very at ease during the entire process. I would highly recommend them! More

Fantastic experience all around from initial contact to deal closing. They had really fair pricing, top notch customer service, and really went out of their way to make sure I had all my questions answered deal closing. Patrick was my salesman and he really went the extra mile to make sure he sent over anything I asked for, really worked with his managers to come through with a deal and even came in on his day off to make sure I was taken care of.
