Mr. Ward has provided honest information concerning the care of my Jeep. Don has and continues to prioritize needed repairs for my 2008 Jeep. He has created an Action Plan for maintaining the health of my vehicle. He uses this strategy for all of his clients. I trust his judgment and honesty and willingly take his advice without hesitation. Don is an asset to the Ourisman Company. I have a list of adjectives to describe Don Ward's skill set. He is calm, with a strong work ethic, highly organized, conscientious, knowledgeable, polite, sensitive, honest, and loyal. He is calm if servicing consumers who do not know as much as they think they know. His strong work ethic enables him to work long hours every weekday and on some Saturdays. Don has a wealth of knowledge about auto mechanics, warranties, policies, and regulations. He is loyal to his company and consumers. He is an astute listener. Consumers do not have to tell him things twice. When working with or servicing women, he is not condescending. He is never arrogant or impatient. Don will explain the need for a repair as many times as necessary, He is a teacher and advisor. Thereby assuring the Consumer that the repair is needed and the price is fair in today's market. He is respectful and chivalrous. If he senses you cannot afford an expensive repair, he will work hard to adjust the costs and still make the repair. I love the guy. I wish he could be cloned. When he is on duty, I will not work with anyone else. I cannot give Ourisman Toyota five stars. Don Ward gets five stars. He deserves more than fives stars. I recommend Don Ward to everyone. More
