Thompson Toyota has reaffirmed my faith in honest. caring, trustworthy car dealers! We just bought our first Toyota and Kevin Walker handled our sale like a true professional. We used USAA to obtain a price quote and got a great trade offer on a car we didn't plan to trade because we assumed we'd never get anything close to what we hoped to sell it privately for. Thompson proved us wrong. We bought a Prius, and there were no games played on the price as I had heard from other dealers. My quoted price was good until we sold our car. They even let us take our new car home even though we had forgotten to bring the title to the old one with us. We drove it to them the next day, even though they said mailing it would be fine. What more could you ask of a car dealer? When we got to the dealership to pick up the new car, there was NO pressure to buy expensive add-ons or extended warranties. We plan to keep this car a good many years, but rest assured we'll go right back to Thompson for the next one! More

Worked with Tom McGeachy directly. I was assigned Jon Reiner out of default and he nosed his way into my conversation with Tom. I had talked to Jon in a prior visit to Thompson looking at a car and my wife, Karen Platt thought Jon is very pushy and not pleasant to work with. Your are losing current and future purchases because of his interactions with others. I have been a customer for more than 25 years and have purchased 4 cars in the last 2 years, Jon is the worst sales person that I have dealt with in that time.
