The overall experience was pretty good. When I first got there i was greeted with a smile and the salesman was very friendly, personable and he made me feel right at home. He didn't know the size of the gas tank on the Tacoma, mileage nor the horsepower or torque output of the truck which slightly disappointed me because i knew them off the top of my head and I don't sell them for a living.He didn't know the the towing capacity or the hauling capacity either. He did however have extensive knowledge of the interior of the truck, knew how to work every knob in the truck. Once we started doing paperwork on the truck another customer of his came in. Once he saw them an knew i was buying the truck he seemed to put me on the back burner. I was slightly disappointed by this because up until then i was having the best dealer experience I had ever had. At that point I was standing by myself waiting for my paperwork to be completed while he was selling another car. More
