I would definately recommend the service department to friends and family. On several occasions I have dealt with Tom Wunderer who was always friendly, fair, and very helpful. My last experience which was yesterday July 9, 2012, I also had the pleasure of dealing with Bill Cole. I was very happy with his customer service. He explained the problems with my vehicle in detail and was very friendly and courteous. Both gentlemen were great to work with. All my experiences with Thompson Toyota have been very good. I had a tire pressure low warning indicator and was unable to resolve the issue myself. When I got to service Mike was immediately helpful and went to the vehicle to assist me. We had to turn the vehic unable to resolve the issue myself. When I got to service Mike was immediately helpful and went to the vehicle to assist me. We had to turn the vehicle over to a service tech, who , in 25 minutes had corrected the problem. Mike then took the time to demonstrate how to fix it myself if the problem happens again.
