Best Repair and world class custumer service I EVER had!!!!! I had the misfortune of having a fender bender and I decided to trust VW Ourisman of Rockville with the repair of my 2015 GTI John and James from the I had the misfortune of having a fender bender and I decided to trust VW Ourisman of Rockville with the repair of my 2015 GTI John and James from the collision center were professional, courteous, helpful and very friendly. They kept me informed via email and phone calls of the status of my repairs and the couple of times that I pop up (unannounced) James and John made me feel very welcome, answered all of my concerns and upon request they even walked me to the shop!! to see the progress of the repair!! at the end the repair was completed before the estimated time and most importantly... my GTI was just as new!! I highly recommend VW Ourisman od Rockville for your repair and car maintenance needs!!! Ask for John and or James if you need repairs or ask for Jesus, Perdita, Gus or Alan if you need maintenance. your will have an honest, friendly and professional experience!! :0) More
Over Charge Lie and damage your Car for Profit I had my Sons car towed there for repair. we thought it was Catalytic Converter . Mike Service person called Monday stating we have car we about to I had my Sons car towed there for repair. we thought it was Catalytic Converter . Mike Service person called Monday stating we have car we about to check it out see what problem it is Exactly 15min. later oh its not the Catalytic converter its spark plug we changed them out running okay Then Mike proceeded to tell me all these other things i know there was not a problem before I now had...then he quoted me 3000k in repairs needed. I said oh really.... just because I am a women don't think I Do not know about cars .I have an X5 BMW 2004 i can do a tune up in if needed . I stated "You tube" tells and show us women whats needed ...we also Volkswagen repairmen blogs and educate us on repairs so when men try to rip us off we know better. Ourisman then wanted to charge me $400 for 15min/30 of Service !!!!! Remember he called me when he started on car and 15 min later when problem resolved !!!! I have phone records and he stated we already changed out spark plugs so its working Then to add insult to injury he act as if coupon for first timers was foreign Language... I ended up spending $281.00 for a few min of service which at Darcars Service Dept if you have repairs done they don't charge you for diagnostic check up not here . Asst.Service Manager Robin then lies to my face even more i said please..... she call 2 days later to see if service manager ever called they never did ..... I don't trust them and i don't want them ever working on my kids car . The Service Dept left cap off Power steering fluid then next day car went dead even though... their so call diagnostic stated Battery was good all was good. Never bring your car here for Service they are crooks and liars they damage your car so you can pay more in repairs too... we were basically charge for 2 hours of labor that was never rendered and a 4 spark plugs . I plan to seek counsel to file a complaint against Ourisman make them accountable for what they did . Darcars of Silver Spring is the place to go for great service after they check your car out and you get repairs done they DONT charge for Diagnostic fees of $150. as Robin stated at Ourisman they always enter the final price . In one thirty minute meeting, they managed to turn an exciting experience into a dreadful process. After receiving a US News TrueCar price guarantee, confirming the "internet price" on Ourisman's own website, as well as getting Jimmy Alegre's verbal confirmation that they would honor the price, I was confronted with nothing but typical and shady bate-and-switch sales tactics. First they said the sale price was actually a leasing price, which has no logic, then they said even stooped to claiming that US News had not provided a disclaimer and that they had in fact even messed up the price. I could not believe they were blaming a respected nation wide program when it's clear the dealers provide the information and US News merely disseminates it! Unbelievable. I went the next day to DarCars in Silver Spring after detailing my experiencing to their sales reps, Dean Pelton and Keith Stewart. They provided a written quote, had the documents ready when I walked in, and there was ZERO negotiation. They actually even beat the BS price that Ourisman would not honor. Bottom line, stay away from Ourisman if you don't want to be manipulated and lied to and, if you want a VW and a pleasant experience, go see Keith and Dean at DarCars in Silver Spring. More

The finance manager, Kamran, was also very professional and pleasant to work with; he explained the numbers carefully and got us a great deal. We feel confident in the decision we ultimately made, in part because the process was so transparent and we could take our time to make sure we understtod the details and were making an informed decision. . The System is Broken “Good night.” That was the one word retort I got from Gordy, the General Sales Manager at Ourisman Rockville as he abruptly walked off after I explain “Good night.” That was the one word retort I got from Gordy, the General Sales Manager at Ourisman Rockville as he abruptly walked off after I explained that I had hoped for the actual price they quoted online (via TruCar), the 0 percent financing offered on the manufacturer’s website, and a fair amount for my trade in. Apparently, his rude walk-off is all part of games played in the business of selling cars. Good cop/bad cop is used over and over again. Your salesman is your friend helping you navigate the grumpy managers. The next day I drove off with my new VW and got the quoted price, 0.9% financing, and close to what I expected for my trade-in. A fair deal and a great car, but the car buying experience is truly one of the worst customer experiences out there—no wonder it’s been more than a decade since I bought my last car. The amount of dishonest attempted manipulations to get me to part with more of my cash was astounding (and stressful). I don’t know if this is specific to Ourisman Rockville, but my experience met all the negative stereotypes of the industry. Here are a few examples that I have to call B.S. on. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was told the printed quote I had from Ourisman included a $500 veterans’ discount that didn’t apply to me. I was offered less than 50% of the fair market value for my trade-in. I was told it was impossible to receive both the price offered and the 0% financing. I spent many unnecessary hours at the dealership—seems they believe the more personal time you’ve invested, the less likely you are to walk away. The updated quote I received the next day had a $500 error on it in the dealership’s favor—I’m now supposed to trust that was an honest mistake? After finalizing the deal with the salesperson, the financing guy tried to claim that tax was on top of the price instead of included as agreed. He also tried to up the financing from 0.9 to 0.99%--just another way they try to nickel-and-dime you along with the hard press to get you to purchase pricey care packages for your new car. Even though the outcome was a new car at a fair price—the experience for someone who doesn’t like to haggle with people trying to gouge them was the pits. I hope when I buy my next car the whole industry has evolved and I can purchase direct from the manufacturer because the current system is broken. More

I was trading in my 2007 Mini CooperS convertible--looking for a compact, sporty alternative with a manual transmission. Jimmy Alegre, the sales representative, was very knowledgeable and helpful in pointing our the differences between the two cars and guiding me towards the GTI. I drove the autobahn with performance package and fell in love! Jimmy and the whole finance team worked with me to get a great deal and I drove home that night with my new night blue metallic GTI with all the bells and whistles. Jimmy has offered to answer any ongoing questions this grandma has--particularly when it comes to the technology. What more could I ask for??? More

He was there a little before opening. He went over the vehicle with me and did a great job. He knows his product and is very professional. I also had an opportunity to work with the Sales Manager, Ali Torabi, who was also a pleasure to work with. I would totally hire both of these guys if I owned a dealership. I purchased a 2015 VW TDI (used). I love the car! I would defiantly recommend this dealership and the sales person Jimmy Alegre. More
