Given the current pandemic, test driving cars can be a somewhat risky task, but he made sure that the cars we were interested in were ready for us. This allowed for a streamlined buying process. We were able to reach a price that both parties were comfortable with as well. The finance department was a different story. The finance representative was quite disrespectful during that process, making me reconsider purchasing from this location again. Additionally, one of the errors that I pointed out on a form (that he assured me would make no difference) found its way to my credit report. I am now in the process of disputing it. Overall, this was one of the better car purchasing experiences I've had, but the finance department left a bad impression. More
