We are huge fans of Honda and tend to purchase new vehic at Ourisman of Laurel. In both cases, they exceeded our expectations at every opportunity. We have encountered none of this with Jim and Earl. The buying experience is actually pleasant - something we look forward to (imagine that!) I can't recommend them high enough.
