Thank you for your review and we apologies for any miscommunication on pricing. I know that the manager (chris) has spoken to you today about everything. We take it very seriously when quoting prices OTD as different states and counties all charge different tax & tag rates. Again sorry for the miscommunication and if there is anything we can do please feel to reach out by phone or text.

Your salesman acknowledged our $45 otr/otd pricewhen I was in the dealership. When I asked the manager for an explanation he just said he can’t discount the vehicle. Rather than honor the price I was given the manager tried to pressure me into giving him more money and said he had other people coming to look at it. So you didn’t honor the quoted price, didn’t offer an apology. All that I did learn is that your salesman knew he couldn’t discount the price as necessary and withheld that from me. There was crystal clear communication about what the price was. Please stop insulting me with your excuses!
