Great Buying Experience Even With Slight Issues I bought a CPO 2013 VW GTI a few weeks ago from Ourisman. I had Joe Smith as my salesperson and he was extremely accommodating, not pushy at all and r I bought a CPO 2013 VW GTI a few weeks ago from Ourisman. I had Joe Smith as my salesperson and he was extremely accommodating, not pushy at all and really made buying the car the most pleasant experience possible. They were able offer both a good price on the car and for my trade in. Unfortunately an issue came up with my car on the drive home that involved the fuel door falling off, but both Joe and Blair Tyler were quick to respond to get the issue fixed. The fuel door was replaced and I was given a loaner car while it was in the shop, both at no charge to me. They also plugged a nail in one of my tires for free. Blair helped make the best out of a situation that I wish wouldn't have occurred (for both my own and the dealer's sake). Regardless, everything is good now and I couldn't be happier with my new (to me) car. I highly recommend this dealer and will definitely be returning if and when I decide to purchase another VW! More

My only concern was the time I had to wait for financing, maybe only one or two on a Saturday afternoon,evening is not enough.
