He was very knowledgeable about the Honda Fit's features and although it was freezing cold outside, he stood by my door patiently going over every detail twice! He kept a smile on his face the entire time. When I had to come into the dealership a couple of days after our first meeting, he greeted my family by their names without having to ask again and shook everyone's hand.
