I felt that Frank Valle, my Salesman, ensured that we had a "relationship" and not just a sales interaction. He quickly summed me up and understood where I was coming from. I appreciated that he took the time with me to not only have a conversation with me, but a two-way conversation. He really cares about his customers unlike other sales people. He was there for me, not just for the sale. I just wanted to run in, drive the vehicle, and take care of business, but by being methodical and building a relationship, Mr. Valle ensured that I will return and request him the next time I need another vehicle in the future. I appreciate Don Baer preparing all my paperwork. In no time, I was done with all the paperwork and headed home in my new vehicle. More
