I have Bought a few vehicles from Ozark and subsequently had to have them in service. To my surprise it was unlike any other encounter I have ever had with every other Dealer service I have used. I was trea had to have them in service. To my surprise it was unlike any other encounter I have ever had with every other Dealer service I have used. I was treated Professionally and Fairly Through out the process. The service manager Jody is there and keeps a close eye on everything that is going through the service bay and makes sure things are being handled quickly, Professionally and Fairly. My Service advisor Aaron made sure I was up to speed on everything that was happening with my vehicle and that he addressed every one of my concerns. My vehicle was repaired and returned back to me in as short of a time period as possible. It is never hard to get your vehicle into service for repairs or maintenance unlike others that insist on making an appointment sometimes 2 or 3 weeks in advance. As for the Tech that worked on my vehicle. It was repaired and treated like it was his own vehicle he was working one. We are and will be long time customers of your dealership because of the hard and dedicated work your employees do. On a side note. I was aware very early with Dealership that the employees were top notch and one step above all others. My eye awakening moment was sitting in the waiting area watching TV. It is in a very high traffic area and the natural course of walking through the area is directly infant of the TV. It is very unnatural to take a different path through the area but I very quickly realized that most of the employees going through the area would divert their course through the hall that leads to the restrooms and then back out to the original path just to avoid walking infant of the TV. Respect for your customers is over and above anything I have ever experienced. Keep up the great work we as consumers love it when we find a company that cares as much as you all do. Thank You More

Friendly, trustworthy, and affordable. Those are the 3 words I would use to describe Ozark Chevrolet. After my sister and my I both had bad experiences at another Chevy dealership, I have avoided them thinking they were all the same. I was wrong! Ozark Chevrolet is a breath of fresh air. Recently, I made an appointment because I thought my brake pads needed replaced. Imagine my surprise when the service tech told me it was just a rock. They blew it out and didn't charge me a dime. They could've easily just replaced the pads or even worse charged me for it and didn't do it. That kind of honesty is what we need more of in this world. I shout their praises to anyone who will listen! More
