Very easy transaction After being disappointed in what a new car dealer offered me in trade for my car, I decided to try PB's Auto Village, mostly out of curiosity. Brian l After being disappointed in what a new car dealer offered me in trade for my car, I decided to try PB's Auto Village, mostly out of curiosity. Brian looked at the car (in the dark, no less), took it for a quick test ride, and offered me 25% more than the new car dealer did. That price, it should be noted, was still lower than the lowest value listed on the NADA site. Anyway, we agreed--with a handshake--that I'd bring the car to PB's the next day, that they'd give me a check, and that they'd give me a ride home (about 15 miles away). Everything went entirely smoothly, including our stopping at a bank so that I could cash their check. They made the whole thing easy, and it was clearly in both their and my interest to do the transaction. Thanks, Brian! More

Wonderful experience I just wanted to say how easy and painless the process here was. My car broke down and it wasn't worth fixing it, so I came in to look at their select I just wanted to say how easy and painless the process here was. My car broke down and it wasn't worth fixing it, so I came in to look at their selection. I worked with Rob and the owner Brian. They walked through the process with me, and got me financed for less than I thought! I got my car a few months ago, and it's still treating me very good.
