The cars at this dealership are decent unfortunately the sales people are quite shady. I emailed back-and-forth with the sales person, Thomas, and agreed on a price for a specific vehicle. I drove the 2 1/ sales people are quite shady. I emailed back-and-forth with the sales person, Thomas, and agreed on a price for a specific vehicle. I drove the 2 1/2 hour drive to Seattle to pay for and pick up the vehicle at which time he tried to increase the price. I said absolutely not I want it for the price we agreed upon. Eventually he said his manager approved it and I paid in full in cash. I asked Thomas specifically if this is going to take care of everything including the plates. He assured me that everything was covered and that this is paid in full like my receipt says and my plates would be mailed to me. Six weeks later, still waiting, I get a postcard in the mail from the dealership saying I owe money...another $35 for my plates. So essentially they’re holding my plates hostage for more money even though everything was paid in full. Don’t trust this dealership. If you can find a car elsewhere I suggest you run in the opposite direction of this company. More
