I was happy to find a vehicle I like but they promised that the car had an inspection but actually needed extra work and had been modified. They also promised they would call me back but never did. Othe that the car had an inspection but actually needed extra work and had been modified. They also promised they would call me back but never did. Other than those issues the car is good so far but had to have some issues fixed. If your going to buy a vehicle don't be like me and get a buyers inspection a full look through and make sure don't trust their word. Too overpriced not honest about in house inspection More

This dealer happened to have the exact car I was looking for for a good price and did make the transaction easy for me. However. When I came to look at the car there was very minimal effort from the sales t for for a good price and did make the transaction easy for me. However. When I came to look at the car there was very minimal effort from the sales team to “sell” me on the vehicle (I can’t fault them too much for that because I am a “car guy” and did show up looking for that specific make and model). They also did not point out some of the, I will say, “minor” cosmetic flaws in the vehicle’s paint and body. I understand that’s not their top priority as salesman, but it seems a common courtesy to me. Now. Once I agreed to purchase the vehicle I was told that it would be washed for me and have the tank topped off when I came to pick it up the following day. When I arrived the next day, after calling to let them know I was on the way. The car did not have gas in it yet and they had not washed it. I waited for about a half hour for someone to put gas in the car and I assumed they would wash it too. Well once I got handed the keys and walked outside, the car was not washed and I noticed after I left that they put less than half a tank of gas in it for me. I had also informed them that I did not live in the area and would like the plates shipped to me. A couple weeks later I got a voicemail asking me to come pick them up at the dealership. After calling them they did offer to mail them at no cost, so that was nice. It would have been nicer if they had just mailed them in the first place though. It’s the little things like that, that make a dealer pleasant to deal with. All in all, the transaction was easy, the staff was nice enough. But after the unmentioned paint chips/plastic cracks and lack of follow through on promises. I would not recommend to a friend. More
