I didn’t want to prolong the process or otherwise I would have waited for another salesperson. Harold claimed that once the cars hit the lot, they have already gone through their inspection and vehicles are ready to be sold. This wasn’t the case since the dash had the “maintenance required” light and I checked the oil and it hadn’t been changed. One of the tires was bald and the alignment was really bad. The steering wheel had to be turned to the left for the vehicle to go straight. They do not inspect vehicles as they claim. On their listings they advertise that accessories CAN be purchased but once you are ready to buy the vehicle, they say accessories MUST be purchased. I ended up agreeing on 2 of the accessories including the GPS tracker and the ceramic coating, but in the paperwork they gave me the 3M door edge guard instead of the ceramic coating. I didn’t catch it and they charged over $800 for this when this tape is less than $20 online. I purchased the vehicle and they kept it for an extra week to replace the tire, do the inspection/maintenance and fix the alignment. I picked up the vehicle a week later just to realize they didn’t do the alignment and they couldn’t show me the printout to prove they had done it. They also didn’t install the 3M door edge guard. I live 1.5 hours away so I ended up taking the vehicle since the General Manager Zaid Haroon assured me that he would contact their other branch(that is closer to me) so that they could take care of the alignment and that they would follow up with me. I never heard from the GM, nor Harold despite me following up through text and emails. They went from being responsive to ignoring text messages and emails. Sergio finally reached out and set things up with the other dealership. I dropped off the vehicle and they did an alignment which did help with the alignment issue but not entirely. Apparently, they ran out of material so they couldn’t do the 3M door edge guard again. That had to be set up separately again. To-date none of them have followed up to ensure that the issues were addressed. Prices might seem to be cheaper than other dealerships, but you truly don’t know what you are getting from this dealership. Best to go to another dealership where vehicles are actually inspected and dealership takes accountability. More

They're trying to screw you at the end I made an offer on a used vehicle, which they accepted. I asked for an OTD breakdown, to which I was told they don't send those. I live far away - I can't do that without a guarantee of price. But just remember everyone - if they don't want to send you and OTD breakdown, it's because they're hiding something. They were not apologetic in the least. Horrible customer service. I would recommend staying far away from this dealership. More

This dealership is absolutely terrible. Sales team are not accountable and if you have any issue they just ignore your calls. If I could give 0 stars I would. This Place is not legit. They only want you to finance through them. I am prequalified for more 3 times the 40k price of the car yet they can’t use this credit unions money. They probably don’t have the title to this car. I’m wondering why nobody called me back after they did all this selling, when they were supposed to be sending me a purchase agreement. Costa Mesa Police Department should probably take a peak at this place. More
Drove 4 hours to purchase a vehicle - Jorge super responsive, open to answering my questions and helping. Was stiff armed into doing their financing, paying sticker for the car, then it became a bit responsive, open to answering my questions and helping. Was stiff armed into doing their financing, paying sticker for the car, then it became a bit aggressive due to $5,000 worth of add-ons. So we left came back due to them adjusting that down to $1450, we were super excited to get the vehicle, we met our finance manager, Sergio, super rude, condescending, and unprofessional. So we walked - we were in the midst of signing and closing, but it didn't feel right proceeding with closing when you don't feel appreciated or cared for as a customer. More
