I exchanged about 10 emails with this dealership. It was clear that I wanted to come in to test drive two cars. I was told that would not be a problem. Drove 4 hours to purchase a vehicle - Jorge super responsive, open to answering my questions and helping. Was stiff armed into doing their financing, paying sticker for the car, then it became a bit responsive, open to answering my questions and helping. So we left came back due to them adjusting that down to $1450, we were super excited to get the vehicle, we met our finance manager, Sergio, super rude, condescending, and unprofessional. So we walked - we were in the midst of signing and closing, but it didn't feel right proceeding with closing when you don't feel appreciated or cared for as a customer. More
