After going back and forth with BMW for several months, their tech recommended that the head unit be replaced due to my ongoing Bluetooth connectivity issues which have been there since I got the car. I pick up the car last week and the Navigation system wasn't activated. Explain to me how you replaced the head unit, programmed it, supposedly "tested" it but never noticed the giant notice that the navigation system wasn't activated. That was the first screen that popped up when I tried to access the navigation. I dropped off the car Saturday afternoon for something that was supposed to take 1 hour it wasn't' ready until Monday afternoon. I got a call back from you after BMW NA contacted me to check to see if the issue was resolved and I told them that you hadn't properly installed and activated the navigation system. Oh, and the inside of my car around the center console was a mess. Would it be so hard to wipe down the area you worked on? It was covered in a white residue. This isn't the level of service and professionalism that I would expect from a BMW dealer. More

Did not need the service - waste of money Couldn't get a straight answer on the cost for the service. The car was programmed to signal service - I assume from the North Hollywood dealer from Couldn't get a straight answer on the cost for the service. I asked the woman with whom I made the appt what the service was for but she kept saying until they key it in the car, no one knows. And yet when I spoke with Marco he immediately said $165. For what? The answer was 'we don't know until we look at the car." There is nothing wrong with the car. At all. Which I knew because I can look at what the computer tells me. You need to communicate better. I've barely driven the car since the oil change in January because of COVID. I'm under stay at home orders because of my age. My best choice was to use the valet service -- nice guy -- but this process was a waste of money AND it put me at risk. More
