Great introductory conversation pertaining to deal but follow through was horrendous. Waited months to get repairs and inspection done and then upon arrival desired vehicle did not have safety equipment r follow through was horrendous. Hector Polanco and Pacifico Hyundai made buying a car a pleasant experience. I had consulted Carmax and knew what I was looking for. I was only there two hours the first day. Then they told me the car stil pleasant experience. I had consulted Carmax and knew what I was looking for. I was only there two hours the first day. Then they told me the car still needed a bit of work before I could drive it home and they took care of everything, while I worked on getting pre-approved for financing. Came in, signed for the car with Hector's help and I am the new owner of a car that is much nicer than I thought I was getting. Everything went smoothly and I am actually looking forward to going back for my free oil change. Thanks Hector, thanks Pacifico Hyundai! More

It was easy to schedule an appointment for a drive test. However vehicle still needed some mechanical work to be done and I wasn't able to test drive it. I didn't purchase the vehicle because I was not able to do a full assessment on it (without the driving experiece). Vehicle was price under KBB value, which is great. Charles (the sales associate) was awesome answering all of my questions and directing all of my concerns with great communication skills! No push, no stress trying to make a sale. More
