I have been with my company for almost 30 years and have been leasing vehicles since 1991 through a variety of different dealerships (all but one have been Fords). I have never dealt with anybody that is as up front and straight forward as John Carpenter. He never gives me the run-around like all the other dealers. he doesn't keep leaving his desk to have to "talk to the manager". He just puts the numbers together and goes over them with you, so you understand everything. I will not go to anyone else again to lease a truck..... Jack Canavin has been a part of every deal I have done with Pacifico Marple Ford, and let me tell you that I am very impressed with the way he goes above and beyond to make sure that his customers have and understand everything they need to know. He will take his time to set-up or explain all the options that I wasn't sure how to do. He doesn't just say read the manual and send you on your way.
